Q. Is Southeastern Bible College accredited?
A. Yes, Southeastern Bible College is an accredited institution through the Commission on Accreditation of the Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE). The College first received accreditation in 1962 when this organization was known as the Accrediting Association of Bible Colleges (AABC).
Q. Is the ABHE accreditation a quality accreditation?
A. ABHE was organized in 1947 and is recognized as a national accrediting agency by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA – www.chea.org). ABHE is also listed by the U.S. Department of Education as a recognized agency for biblical higher education.
Q. Can I receive Federal Financial Aid if I attend SEBC?
A. Yes, Southeastern Bible College is approved for funding of Title IV funds by the Department of Education and by the Veterans Administration.
Q. What programs does Southeastern Bible College offer?
A. SEBC offers four-year programs in the Department of Biblical Studies, the Department of Education and the Department of Arts and Sciences through which a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible/Theology can be earned.
