Can I decorate my room?

Yes, you are free to decorate your room.  When hanging  pictures/posters you must use Plasti-Tak adhesive, small nails or pins.  No double adhesive tape or large nails.

What furniture comes standard in the rooms?

All rooms include bed, mattress, desk, closet and dresser for each resident.  School-owned furniture must remain in the student's room.

Will I have access to a kitchen?

Each residence hall floor has a kitchen supplied with a large refrigerator, microwave and hot plates. Residents have limited access to a larger kitchen in the main building.

Are there laundry facilities in the hall?

Washers and dryers are located in the back of the kitchen on each floor.  Residents may use the machines free of charge.

Should I get renter's insurance?

The college is not responsible for the loss or damage of any resident's property.  It is recommended that the student obtain adequate insurance for protection.
