Bill Maynor has been at Southeastern since 1990 and has enjoyed teaching in several areas including math, science and both Church Education and Elementary Education. He appreciates a school where faith and learning can be integrated and where instructors can get to know their students. Bill has had experience as a lab technician – his college major was chemistry- a pastor in Mississippi and Alabama, a Christian school teacher and principal, and a college professor. He believes God has brought all these experiences together in his work here at Southeastern. Besides teaching at SEBC, Bill pastors a small country church.
Bill married his college sweetheart, Mary Helen, a Mississippi girl, and they have four sons, two of whom are safe at home with the Lord. They have four young grandchildren, “the smartest and best looking kids on the planet.”
