Lessons from Isaiah and Jeremiah

The Old Testament books of Isaiah and Jeremiah present various messages from God that were delivered to Judah and the surrounding nations both prior to and during the period of the Babylonian conquest of Judah.  These two prophets faithfully represented God to the culture in which they lived.  As they conveyed God’s message to the people to whom they ministered, they revealed truths about God, the way He relates to people, and the way people relate to Him.  In our study series for fall 2014, we will select portions of these two biblical texts, giving particular focus to these revealed truths and considering their application to life today.

Evening classes will begin Monday, September 8th at 7 p.m. and meet in classroom 244 (entrance A). Morning classes will begin Tuesday, September 9th at 10:30 a.m., and will also meet in classroom to 244. To register for this free class fill out the form below.   You may also contact Anita Scroggins at (205) 970-9213 or by e-mail at ascroggins@sebc.edu.
